A WALK THROUGH IS NOT A HOME INSPECTION but utilizes our 40 years of experience in the various real estate fields. Our comments will be nothing more than a subjective summary of our initial oral observations during the walk-through.  This provides a seller or buyer with a cost effective way to get an inspector's professional opinion and skilled observations. *Client, or authorized agent, must be present during Walk Through*

Final Walk Through Re-Inspection

A Final Walk Through Re-Inspection is recommended if a property that has previously been inspected was occupied or furnished. This allows the buyer  to discover any potentially hidden defects prior to closing that may have occurred after the initial inspection or had been concealed by personal belongings..
